Everyone working there was super friendly and professional. Sushi was delicious so was the steak and grilled seabass. It’s away from touristic area more authentic. Would recommend.

Consistently excellent sushi, presented beautifully. Very welcoming staff. Intimate atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Fuji is a little gem off the beaten path. Many locals dine here regularly (including me), so Fuji is clearly doing it right. Dishes Escolha do Chefe (an assortment of sushis chosen by chef), Ceviche and Tartar (salmon or tuna) are just off the charts good. Also try the Miso Grande (which does not mean large at Fuji, it means deluxe... spoiler... it's miso soup loaded with fish). Don't pass it by!

The food was excellent. However, the service was disappointing compared to our first visit. The waiters were not attentive and there were few people in the restaurant. Our first visit to the restaurant was amazing and service excellent. We would go back for the food, however we are hoping the service improves next time.

The food was excellent we had shrimp tempura to start with followed by the Chef’s choice which was a mixture various items. Service was not great due to one issue, a lack of staff, one waiter and a young person clearly being trained was not enough for what was a busy restaurant.
