Great food and wait staff - you know it’s good when they are the only restaurant on the street not soliciting customers and they are always full!

Such a wonderful experience all around! The atmosphere was charming, the service was impeccable, and the food was delicious! We had fresh mushrooms from their garden sautéed in garlic and butter - one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten! I will be back if I ever comeback to Rome!

Dinner at Trattoria Pietro al Pantheon was a wonderful finale to a day of exploring Rome. The warm candlelit atmosphere, classic Italian music, and friendly hospitality created a relaxed trattoria setting where I could enjoy the evening while watching the lively street scene outside. I started with beautifully fried zucchini flowers stuffed with anchovy and mozzarella—light, crisp, and wonderfully salty with an impressive cheese pull. The grilled squid that followed was tender and simply dressed with olive oil, lemon, and greens, letting the freshness of the seafood shine. The highlight was the ossobuco alla Romana: three generous shank pieces braised until nearly falling apart, rich with tomato-onion sauce and luscious marrow, perfect for soaking up with crusty bread. After a week of Roman pastas, branching into these traditional dishes felt like the perfect way to experience another side of Roman cuisine.

This is always a must stop when we're in Rome. Love the food, the people. Great prices for excellent food.

The ambiance was spectacular, food was amazing! And maybe due to 14th feb, reservation is needed if you want to seat inside. And additional location is just near the Pantheon and close to trevi

What a restaurant should be, food was amazing, service on point and most importantly the main language spoken in the restaurant was Italian, when the locals go it usually means it's good, the restaurant only has a few tables so booking is a must

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to since moving to Rome. The portions were hearty, the food was good, the service felt like we were coming to their home for dinner, and the ambience was so unique. Will definitely go back!

Food was delicious and service great. We did get there 7 min after the time of our reservation and had to wait for 15 min because the place was full. So get there on time, it’s totally worth it!

This is a beautiful little gem very near the pantheon, from the moment we entered we were well looked after with a glass of bubbly , the food was very generous and exceptionally tasty, the staff are so friendly , I would highly recommend.

The food was fantastic. We ate at much fancier, more expensive restaurants in Rome, but the food was tastier at Pietro Al Pantheon. It was so good, we went back several times for both lunch and dinner. We had the artichokes, truffle pasta, mixed grilled fish and shell fish and best of all the Bucatini. I think it was truly the best tasting pasta in the world.

Great spot right next to Pantheon. Husband and wife owners were very kind and welcoming. The artichokes were amazing (both friend and boiled), amazing bruschetta, and cacio pepe pasta portion was big. We almost didn’t have room for the scaloppine with mushrooms, but the food was too good to stop eating. At the end of our meal owner brought us a special digestive liquor and said he made it from his own artichokes. No fork discount but the pricing was 20% better than the restaurants on either side which had a 20% discount. Took a chance on the artichokes and it paid off! Grazie mille
