5.5/10My wife arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes before the reservation time. She was told that they couldn't find my reservation and was put on the worst table of the restaurant, behind a large TV screen. And she was told that she would have to present orders for food immediately as she couldn't stay for more than an hour at the restaurant. It was only when I arrived, exactly at the reserved time, that they changed their tone and found the reservation, saying we could stay for 2 hours. This was really unacceptable and impolite. Before taking my family there, I went twice alone and never faced this type of problem. I was sad for the negative way they were treated. I believe this was the last time I go there.

4.5/10Table was not ready on time, waiting for receiving the menu was too long, waiting for the drinks even longer, starters much longer and for the food endless…we had to ask three times for tap water… very disappointing!
