Al vanaf het begin in 2006 dankt Restaurant Vinkeles zijn eigenzinnige karakter aan de toewijding van Executive Chef Dennis Kuipers en Chef de Cuisine Jurgen van der Zalm. Wat ze delen is een liefde voor de moderne Franse keuken en de wil om de pure eigen kracht, kleuren en smaken van de producten waarmee ze werken tot hun recht te brengen.
