The food is good, but the roof in February is not very comfortable. We we given a table in a kind of igloo tent that was not nice nor comfortable.

It is extremely overpriced, for the place and the food, nothing actually special, food is below average compared to the prices we paid for.

loved the food but there were several angry wasps attacking the tables. there are probably nests there that should be dealt with😭 if you have a wasp allergy be careful

We were excited to come to Masa so we can enjoy the drinks, food and ambiance. The food was disappointing and the staff was not so educated in what they were providing. We had to ask for Tableware, napkins, plates, etc. The drinks are great. But I wouldn't recommend to a friend.

Food tasted really good, albeit very small portions. We were kindly given some extra small plates which was a nice treat. Good recommendations for the wine from one of the servers (the initial bottle we wanted wasn’t in stock so discussed good alternatives). The location is on the rooftop of a lovely hotel and the sunset views were fantastic. We had two different servers throughout our meal, one of which was quite rude and curt with us, which was a damper on our anniversary dinner but wasn’t the end of the world. If we hadn’t had The Fork discount, the meal wouldn’t have been worth the money/value for the portion sizes.

Some of the 7 course meal option was amazing and some was not so amazing. Overall, I enjoyed the vibe, but was a little saddened that everything was completey enclosed with no visual ability of the "rooftop" views in early Spring. The location was closed in with plastic enclosures which provided no "view" as a "rooftop" restaurant.

The food was something different and a nice experience. But be aware that the portions are quite small and if you're hungry, be sure to get at least four courses. Or double something up. The staff is cold and distanced, but I got the impression it was on purpose to make an impression of a high class place. It didn't work for us. And the all around atmosphere was bland and stiff, lacking spirit and feel good wibe. Not for us, we prefer warmness in people and food and won't be coming back.
