7/10Service was very slow and it did not feel as if the staff really cared about our dining experience. Our empty plates sat on the table for 20 minutes before anyone returned to the table to remove the plates or ask us if we needed anything . Food was good .

10/10We had a wonderful experience at Cibrèo Ristorante (and also at the cafe for lunch several days prior). From the food to the service, the night was exceptional in every way. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The wine and food suggestions were perfect. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

10/10the staff are amazing, the owner is super hospitable, and the manager was very professional and helpful, she went through each and everyone's order and help everyone on the table with what to choose and what to drink and what wine pairs best with our food choices. in summary the experience was amazing

7.5/10Food was excellent. Interior design really interesting. Service was so disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber. We were there to celebrate a birthday. The servers were really inattentive. They were too busy laughing on their phones with the chef to assist us. Working at a Michelin restaurant servers should not be in cell phones on the floor during service. We felt abandoned and ignored. We ordered glasses of wine with the sommelier She paired them with our first & second courses. They were brought out after we were done eating! Very disappointing, especially since this has been a family favorite for years. Service has gone down.

8.5/10The food is exceptional, ditto the wines, and the sommelier and the "front of house" (potentially owner?) were very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting. I only marked down a bit on service as we waited a long time to order and a very long time to pay, which felt out of character with the rest of the service and the general vibe. Id recommend to come here if visiting Florence as its more of a "special" meal.

7/10This is a charming restaurant with a great location and if you’re a meat eater, there are a lot of options for you. We eat a pescatarian diet and unfortunately, with no pasta on the menu whatsoever and only one fish option we were limited, but was very busy, excellent service and incredible wine selection available.

8.5/10A lovely little gem on the outskirts of Santa Croce. The ambience and other guests clearly spelled fine dining, our experience fell a bit short. We waited almost 30 minutes after being seated with our menus and water before anyone else came to the table. After that, the service was timely, but another misstep with the wrong entree delivered to our table. When it was corrected, the mashed potatoes were hard and the osso buco was standard fare, nothing special. My risotto special was delicious. Overall, a slight disappointment based on expectations.

10/10Florentine elegance at its best- Conviviality and warmth greet you from the moment you enter through the door of this beautiful restaurant. The expertly prepared food is equally paired with expert service creating a wonderful dining experience. While the standard menu is top notch with traditional favorites like Osso Bucco ask your waiter for the daily specials and you will be deeply rewarded. We were lucky to have a choice of the rolled leg of lamb (agnello) with spring vegetables or a similar preparation done with rabbit (coniglio) rolled with sausage and bresaola. The wine list is excellent as well as the recommendations from the sommelier. For starters try the vassoio, a selection of antipasti, designed for one but big enough for two. Be sure to leave room for dessert, all amazing and shareable including the lighest pasticcera you have ever tasted.

10/10As always dining at Cibreo is a highlight of any trip to Florence. The warm greeting from the staff together with the exquisite table side manner of Cristina make it a special event. Of course I miss the complimentary extras that have been eliminated or which now require payment and the unmatching lamps. But still the food is creative and perfectly prepared. I can't wait to return!

8/10About this restaurant the best thing is definitely their ambience. It’s a wonderful classic Tuscan restaurant. Food selections and food itself are just a little over the average. With its prices it must be better. Service quality and wine selection and prices are just moderate. I would expected more for those. For those prices you better try another Michelin recommendations because there are a lot of better ones in the city and all around the Tuscany.
