10/10This was our first time back in 19 years. Why did we wait so long? We shouldn’t have because everything was perfect from the food to the service. The only thing missing was the thigh bone breadsticks of the past. We had the fish soup, vitello tonato, and sformatino di ricotta followed by the veal tongue, rabbit, and stuffed calamari. Every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. We will be back soon!

3.5/10My son found a piece of plastic in the yogurt for the amuse. Nothing was offered to make up for it. Then he accidentally ate a piece of clove from the sauce of the veal tongue,which ruined his taste for the rest of the meal. The potato & ricotta flan with the ragu is why I go there,it still is really good. My rabbit main course was only okay.It took about 30minutes to get our check despite not having any dessert.

8/10I was urged by two well travelled and wealthy colleagues to not miss Il Cibreo. The mushroom soup was pedestrian. The tongue was flat. The ?rizalto resembled hashbrowns at McDs. The sauce surrounding my risotto preparation was salty and bland.The pigeon was good enough. I don’t understand why basic foods can be so expensive and so flat and featureless. Perhaps my friends experiences were a decade ago. Our best meals were in Radda and Volpaia at Loggia Chianti and Osteria Volpaia.

9/10The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and brisk. At one point there was a longish wait because of two large tables being served simultaneously but everyone was pleasant about it. The food is as I remember it from decades ago, wonderful. The ambiance is both intimate and grand at once.

10/10It was really comfy, and facny. Food and services were perfect. Especially, travelers are almost zero but the restaurant was full of local people.

7/10Service was very slow and it did not feel as if the staff really cared about our dining experience. Our empty plates sat on the table for 20 minutes before anyone returned to the table to remove the plates or ask us if we needed anything . Food was good .

10/10We had a wonderful experience at Cibrèo Ristorante (and also at the cafe for lunch several days prior). From the food to the service, the night was exceptional in every way. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The wine and food suggestions were perfect. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

10/10the staff are amazing, the owner is super hospitable, and the manager was very professional and helpful, she went through each and everyone's order and help everyone on the table with what to choose and what to drink and what wine pairs best with our food choices. in summary the experience was amazing

7.5/10Food was excellent. Interior design really interesting. Service was so disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber. We were there to celebrate a birthday. The servers were really inattentive. They were too busy laughing on their phones with the chef to assist us. Working at a Michelin restaurant servers should not be in cell phones on the floor during service. We felt abandoned and ignored. We ordered glasses of wine with the sommelier She paired them with our first & second courses. They were brought out after we were done eating! Very disappointing, especially since this has been a family favorite for years. Service has gone down.
