What a delightful restaurant. Fantastic staff, Carmella and Chris made us feel welcome and looked after us impeccably, all with smiles. The food was outstanding, we had the tasting of pecorini cheeses and jams, then the crispy octopus and beef, lard and truffle which were all delicious. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

Hello Julie We’re genuinely surprised by your comment, especially since the vast majority of our guests recognize the quality of our food and service. In our restaurant, people don’t just “fill their stomachs” — they eat well, with fresh ingredients and dishes prepared with care and passion every day. You cleaned all the plates with bread and deboned all the steak, it didn't look like you didn't like the food. We always welcome constructive feedback, but superficial judgments don’t reflect the reality of our work or the experience we offer to those who truly know us.

7.5/10Too expensive for the food especially rind delivered. Big part of the meat was bone, fat, burned or not enough cooked. So from 1.6 kg meat there left maybe only 0.6 kg to eat. But you pay for 1.6 kg. So at the end, everybody is still hungry.

Here in Florence, meat is served the traditional way — by weight before cooking, including bone and fat, which are essential for authentic flavor. This is how real Florentine-style cuts are meant to be enjoyed. We use only top-quality meat, carefully selected from trusted suppliers, and our guests usually value both the taste and the portion. We’re sorry if this didn’t meet your expectations, but this is how genuine Florentine cuisine is done — and we’re proud to keep that standard. I understand that’s you don’t know much about Florentine cuisine and the meat, I suggest you to explore more before making reviews with no sense Thanks for having dinner at our restaurant, you have a beautiful family Hape to see you again ☺️

+2Very very beautiful inside, the service is wonderful and the food is really good. Only reason I have 4 star instead of 5 on food is the desserts were just ok. Everything else though was great!

10/10Good Food plus service. Where do I start, just got back from Florence and booked this restaurant for four of us. Oh Wow what a beautiful dining experience, the waitress was so fun and welcoming the steak was amazing (best iv ever tasted) great food great wine and best of all great service and the decor is authentically pleasing. If you visit Florence you have to try this restaurant. If I’m ever lucky enough to go back I would book this restaurant more then once.

The staff was incredible. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They made us feel welcome and appreciated. The steak was delicious. The wine was fantastic. The cantucci and vin santo were the perfect end to a perfect meal. Thank you for helping us enjoy our first florentine steak experience and the limoncello digestivo!
