This was my 4th time at Kbueno, unfortunately, and I understand the restaurant was really busy but the food was badly cooked, we were served seared tuna that was frozen inside, the matured steak was cold, and we asked for a new steak to replace the frozen tuna and it took 25 minutes. We were not charged for the messed up plates but a comp on something else would have been appropriate and appreciated, especially because the restaurant banked big time that night, a comped meal would have been a drop in the ocean for the restaurant and they would have kept a customer. This way you have lost a customer..

Excellent food, even better service (thank you, Jenna (sp?)). Caesar salad was the among the best we've had, good steak (next time I'll get it medium rare instead of medium but still good). "Baked potatoes" are baked new potatoes rubbed in butter and garlic and something else very tasty. A genuine, well-made gin "dry martini" and a thorough wine list. We'll be back. Thank you.

The meat dishes are the best ones, although the remain menu doesn’t disappoint either. The service is fantastic, very attentive and always professional. Love the ambiance of the restaurant specially on live music nights. One of my favourite restaurants in Cascais.

For a steak house, the steaks were inedible, always have steak medium rare, our first steaks (Entrecôte) were so tough, I was told it’s the marbling running through the steak but I’ve had many steaks and even better frying steak from a regular supermarket. The steaks were replaced this time my husband’s steak was raw not rare and like a piece of leather not soft like butter, so he couldn’t eat that, mine was a bit better and ate it but not the best. Unfortunately it put a dampener on the evening. Shame as it was my husband’s birthday and we are only here for the weekend. I’m a chef in London and have worked with many cuts of meat. Being a “Steakhouse “ you should change supplier otherwise you are going to get a lot of steaks being returned.

For a restaurant specializing in meat, our experience felt short of expectations . The atmosphere was pleasant but service and food didn’t quite hit the mark. Our meat which was supposed to be the highlight was overcooked, and the sauces that came with it tasted generic, almost is they were store bought. While it wasn’t a terrible experience, there is definitely room for improvement.

Beautiful location in the marina with an amazing singer during dinner. The food was of good quality & tasty although all 3 steaks were served not hot. Even after asking to have heated they still we're luke warm. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Dinner was good on saturday. When we went back on Monday for a Coffee and refreshment we were told no such drinks without lunch or only alcoholic drinks. This is unseen.

Nice atmosphere and location. We ate an entrecôte which was not the best ever but it was correct. French fries where really delicious. A great place for lunch or dinner
