9.5/10This has become my favorite restaurant in Rome. Every 3 months when I revisit extraordinary Rome I have lunch or dinner or both at Evo Hosteria. Why? Because the food is exceptional. It’s always excellent. And it’s quiet. So if you like a noisy place, this isn’t for you. However, if you want a relaxed, civilized, warm, respectful atmosphere where you can hear your dinner companions or yourself think, and you want something really better than the usual, this is a lovely, rewarding place.

10/10we got some beef and duck and was cooked perfectly. was the best meat I've ever eaten in my entire life. the place is very cozy and small. the personal was friendly

+2We had our New Year's Eve Dinner here. It's a relatively small intimate space that was fully packed. We had the 6 course menu, every course was packed with flavour and delicious, the timing of each course was perfect as well, we were not overly stuffed and had time to enjoy the food. The pork dish in particular was great.

10/10Cannot speak highly enough of our dining experience tonight at Evo Hosteria Trastevere. Absolutely a memory we will take home with us to last forever as a part of our trip to Rome. The welcome the service the atmosphere were brilliant but the food was incredible. Simple, powerfully delicious offerings and to be honest I can still taste and savour the flavour of the grilled octopus.!! An unassuming outside hides a show stopping inside without pretence but full of impact. The people, the warmth of the venue and the incredible food make this a must do that may not appear on every search engine top ten list …..but please trust me it should be!!! Thank you to all the people involved in making this something that I will tell everyone about. A must do!! Thanks soooo much Steve

10/10Wonderful experience - the dishes were perfectly prepared (all 12!) and the service was superb. Lovely spot a bit away from the mayhem; great wine list, friendly staff. The risotto was heavenly.

10/10Been here 10+ times, very authentic and carefully curated menu. Get the papardella, you won’t regret it. The service is also great and unlike the many tourist traps in the area.
